Unable to verify identity for Apple Card application

I’ve tried applying for the Apple Card and I believe I provided all of my personal information accurately, but I keep receiving a message saying my identity can’t be verified. I’m not sure what else I should do at this point.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does it mean I won’t be able to get the Apple Card at all? I was really hoping to use it for purchasing Apple products, so any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
