I did an Apple Cash payment and it shows pending and the company says they see no payment on their end and they don’t think they take Apple payments. Will it go back to my account or will it stay stuck on pending.

The company shows no transaction for that . I did get a screenshot after paying that said the transaction was complete and wait for a email confirmation. Which I never got. On my apple account it shows pending.

So, is it your Apple Account that the purchase was through? Apple Account is for purchase of Apple products, services, products and software and subscriptions.
Is your purchase/payment through Apple Account or is it a payment through Apple Pay for a non-Apple related product or service?
When was the Apple Cash Payment made? Did the company you were paying send an electronic receipt? Does Apple Cash show transaction details?
It was my Apple Cash and I have used for non Apple products
