Turned on voiceover on Iphone. Can't turn it off and after turning off iphone in hope it would stop Voiceover I now cannot get back in as screen is locked and passkey is not registering. Cannot use siri and am stuck

To turn off voiceover double-tap the screen with 3 fingers (as explained on the page where you enabled VoiceOver).
If VoiceOver is on, tap twice anywhere you would normally tap once. Thus, to enter your passcode tap each digit twice.
