Disappearing photos from iPhone without user intervention

Hello,

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my iPhone. Photos that I never deleted keep disappearing from my device. Some of my earliest memories from when I first bought the phone in 2023 are now missing, while iCloud only shows photos starting from 2024.

I never manually removed or turned off anything, yet pictures continue to vanish from my phone over time. This is unacceptable. I trusted Apple with my most important personal data, and I specifically chose to spend my money on your brand because of the promise of reliability and security.

Now I cannot access precious memories, and this situation makes me very upset and nervous. I expected much more from Apple, and losing personal photos without my consent feels like a serious failure.

I need a clear explanation why this is happening, and what Apple will do to help me restore my missing photos.
