Missing medical appointments and events in Calendar on iPhone

From one day to the next my calendar erased part of my data but not all. Medical appointments are definitely gone as well as past and coming events. I have done everything I’ve read up in suggestions, including turning off calendar, rebooting phone and turning back on to no avail. So many important dates have vanished from my cloud account. Please help!!!!

What accounts are you syncing the data from? These could be a gmail account or outlook account and you should be able to identify them at Settings > Apps > Calendar > Accounts. If you previously removed an email with a synced calendar, it will no longer be listed. Once syncing is turned off for one of those accounts, or even the email address removed, all calendar events that were previously synced from that account will also be removed.
