Hello. Friends, I got a Mac mini about two weeks ago, but the beta update option is not available for me. I followed all the steps to install the beta version. What is the problem? Does a certain amount of time have to pass before I can install the beta version on it?

If you insist on running the unsupported Beta software.
Make sure that the Mac mini is running the latest macOS 15.6.1 version of Sequoia

Why do you want to install buggy, incomplete software? Do you have an app you need to test? Or some other use case? Is this your only computer?
It is unwise to install beta software on a computer (or iPhone or iPad) upon which you depend unless you have a very good reason. The consumer release probably isn't that far off.
You cannot post questions on these forums for Beta versions of Mac OS, I assume that is what you are referring to as your question does not state Beta of what?
If you want to run Beta software but don’t understand how to install it then please post on the appropriate forums. In short, please go back and read the instructions, they are pretty clear.
No. I don't have any specific plans, but I would like to experience the new Mac environment. That's all. Yes, I can wait until the final version comes out. My question was, why doesn't the beta option appear for me?
