Exchange calendars not syncing between iPhone and Macbook

I use the Calendar app on my Macbook and iPhone and have several accounts linked to it (iCloud, gmail and exchange). Recently all but the iCould have not been syncing between Macbook and iPhone. Any ideas how to resolve this?
