Missing Calendar events on macOS Sequoia

Hi! I was trying to plan something with my friends but my calendar apparently wiped itself. It only shows the official holidays. Im able to create new dates, i dont have backups of the calendar, i have enough icloud space for it to open and my macbook pro is up to date (sequoia 15.6 as of august 12 2025)

Im going insane i just want to know when i have things to do, please help me, below is a picture of what i can see in my agenda

This usually is because your calendar account got deselected or disconnected. Here’s what you can try:

Open the Calendar app and click View > Show Calendar List (or the “Calendars” button in the toolbar). Make sure all your calendars are checked.

Go to Calendar > Settings > Accounts and see if iCloud (or whichever Calendar service you use) is still listed and signed in. If not, re-add it.

Log in to iCloud.com and press Calendar. If your events are there, its just a sync issue — sign out of iCloud on your Mac and then sign back in.

If your events are not on iCloud.com. They may have been stored locally and got deleted. Unfortunately, without a Time Machine backup or iCloud Data Recovery (Settings > Data Recovery > Restore Calendars), they can’t be brought back.
