Need BIS certificate for Mac Mini M4 - Stuck in customs in India

I am extremely frustrated right now. My brand-new Mac mini with the M4 chip is currently stuck at indian customs, and the clearance process is not moving forward because they are asking me to provide the BIS certificate for this Model (A3238/A3239).

I have all the purchase documents, invoice, and shipping details but the customs officers will not release the device without the BIS certificate. I've searched everywhere on Apple's website and BIS portals but I can't find the certificate for the exact model (A3238/A3239).

This is urgent - If anyone from Apple or the community has faced a similar issue and knows where I can get the BIS certificate for this Mac mini M4, please share the details. This is critical for me to get my Mac out of customs.
