Updating Google Account for Calendar and Mail on iPhone with Screen Time restrictions

I changed my google account password on a computer and now my phone wants me to update my Google account details. However, I can’t update them because the login site is not allowed due to screen time restrictions. Is there any way I can update them without going on the website OR stop the constant messages coming through every day. I don’t mind if it doesn’t update because I have everything I need for the account currently
