I recently changed my phone to an iPhone 16 pro. Since then, I have been able to add payment cards to wallets on my phone and my Apple Watch Ultra 2, but none of my passes sync between the two. Does anyone know how to resolve this, please?
Please make sure that iCloud sync for wallet is enabled in order to share your passes between devices

I seem to have fixed it. I looked at some other posts and some were saying that if require Face ID is on for Wallet there is a bug (or is it intended?) that Wallet doesn’t show up in iCloud. I turned require Face ID off and then restarted my phone. Wallet is now in the list. If you do this, remember to turn require Face ID on again.
Thanks, WheelieNick. It doesn’t seem to be quite the same on my iPhone 16 Pro (iOS18.6). There is a Saved to iCloud, but Wallet doesn’t appear in the list. Under iCloud Drive there is Apps Syncing to iCloud Drive, but again Wallet isn’t on the list. Perhaps there is a way to add Wallet?
