Event created in calendar are changed to UTC and not displaying the right time when imported in Google Calendar

When I create an event in iPhone calendar, even if I specified a time zone (also by default in my setting), events a changed in UTC.

This cause events to be displayed at wrong time in Google Calendar (syncing calendar), but displayed correctly in Outlook (but also in UTC).

If I create an event in Outlook, the timezone is right and displayed at right time in iPhone calendar and Google Calendar.

What can I do to solve this?
