Up until today, when I pay with Apple Pay via my phone, I get an immediate notification of the amount on the notification screen and also it shows up in the wallet as a charge. Today, it did not show up but the bank the card is associated with has the charge like it went through. It's just not showing up in the wallet. Thoughts?

The information you see in the Wallet is provided by the bank. Your transactions are anonymous to Apple. The token is submitted directly from the Secure Element on your iPhone to the merchant and then through the payment processing network to your bank for approval. Apple does not participate in the payment process. The information about the transaction is sent securely to Apple and then to your iPhone.
If you’re using the public beta released yesterday it’s buggy.
