Wallet is not listed in iCloud Settings on my iPhone, and not Syncing

I have an iPhone 14 Pro running iOS18.5, and am a subscriber to iCloud+ as part of my Apple One Premier package. If I go into Settings - iCloud - See All the list of apps goes from Home to Game Center, no Wallet is listed. On my Partner's phone, and checking on YouTube Videos, Wallet should be shown in the list with a toggle switch. I assume as this is missing this is why my Wallet will not sync across devices. Any ideas?

I too have experienced this issue whereby no Wallet on/off switch is shown in the iCloud settings on my iPhone 16 Pro. In my case the matter was resolved as follows; on the HOME screen push and hold the "Wallet Icon", this should present you with a couple of options including either "REQUIRE FACE ID" or "DON'T REQUIRE FACE ID". In my case I switched from REQUIRE FACE ID to DON'T REQUIRE FACE ID. When I then checked my iCloud settings, the wallet switch was visible. However, once again based on my experience ensure that you have COPIES or some form of BACKUP of any cards etc that are held in the wallet on the iphone. This is especially true for any one-off tickets or passes etc. DO NOT RELY ON ICLOUD BACKUP as in this case all my cards, with the exception of debit/credit cards, were wiped and appeared to be irretrievable from iCloud. Once I reinstalled my deleted cards everything worked 100%.

Tickets from major issuers don’t sync. When added from the issuers App or website, an option may appear that says something to the effect of adding to another device. But if added to one device, tickets generally will not just appear in another device via iCloud.

Let’s see if we can resolve the missing Wallet issue. What if model do you have? Did you purchase it new or was it used? What iOS version are you using?
