How to fix incorrect Exchange account password on iPhone?

Delete and re-add the mail account.

If you're using the native mail app, do you have 2FA set up?

That is a requirement to use Exchange mail on a 3rd party app.

Ask Microsoft support or look at their help site on how to reset password
