I purchased a new ipad10. A cannot connect to server ssectivelystig appears on the screen and I am unable to do anything.
I do not know if it's an internet connection issue or an email issue...or if it's neither.

To determine if it's your internet or the email host, you could add a different email account like iCloud or gmail. if they work you may have to contact the email provider - if they do not work you may need to check some network settings
