Can’t add any cards to the Wallet app

So i recently got a new card and I am trying to add the card to the Wallet app. However, when i try to add a card, i get a page that only says: Available Cards: Previous Cards: None

this is after pressing the Add button in the top right of the screen

Extra info (maybe irrelevant): Bank is Maybank in Malaysia, the card is a Mastercard debit card
