Apple-TV app will no longer allow me to download any Apps

Just bought an Apple-TV 4K. It is operating with tvOS 18.2 Model A2843 (128 Gb). I have it hooked up to LAN cable for Internet (Ting). Yesterday afternoon I successfully downloaded and setup the following Apps (Amazon, Netflix, Max, Hulu, Peacock and Spotify). Yesterday evening the Amazon App would not start (wheel on the screen). I tried it again today with the same result (though the other apps work). I then turned the Apple-TV off and restarted the Ting fiber to LAN modem. No change. I next deleted the Amazon app (and content). I am still not able to download the Amazon App. I tried updating the software, but this failed. I next tried downloading other Apps (eg, Disney, Starz, Paramount), but without success. So the problem is not just with the Amazon app, I can no longer download any app! But I can watch content on the existing apps. HELP
