Song library won't update play counts on pc with Apple Music

Since itunes was replaced with Apple Music and Apple Devices, song counts in the library on my PC won't update. In addition, I can't reset the counts that are there. Instructions say right click the song, but the "Get info" choice is not there.

Music Play Count Lost After Moving Library I moved the music iTunes library to a new computer. All my song counts reverted to zero. I have over 20,000 songs in my library (gathered over the last 30+ years), and use the song count to see which songs are new. I do NOT have the music subscription (I spend a lot of time where internet is not available) How can I restore my play count. Barring that, any way to bulk set existing songs to play=20 (all my songs were well above that number before)?

Apple Music Last Played Not Updating from iOS to MacBook I updated to Sonoma sometime last week and ever since my MacBook is no longer updating my play counts between my phone's Apple Music and MacBook's. I played the new Beatles song like 30 times on my phone but it hasn't counted it (or anything else) since November 6. Only when I play songs on my MacBook's Apple Music will it update play count/last played. In the words of John: "Help!"
