How do I track Apple order and manage delays?

I placed an order for a macbook pro m4 with a delivery date between the 23rd and 25th but Apple changed it to the 28th. How can I file a claim? If it does not arrive between the 23rd and 25th, how can I cancel the purchase since the payment was made correctly?

File a claim to do what?

When you receive the product, return it and get your money back.
