How do I fix Magic Keyboard not working properly with my laptop and Windows?

Hi, I have bought a Magic Keyboard. But I am using laptop & Windows.

Unfortunately, my keyboard does not work properly.

On the top row, from F4 --> F118 it does nothing. And the `clear` and `=` buttons above the numeric side also does nothing.

Could you help me if it can be fixed?

I would appreciate.

Magic keyboard numbers row stopped working So, I have the ten keyless keyboard and today for some reason the numbers 1..9 stopped working, § and 0 keys are fine but numbers row don't do anything even pressing opt. I've checked for mouse keys option and it is off and forget/ reconnect bluetooth device with no result, also tried to connecting to my iMac with usb cable but nothing seems to work. Any ideas on how to fix this weird behaviour or could it be a hardware issue? Many thanks.
