How do I create a vehicle maintenance template on Numbers?

This would include typical periodic maintenance items such as oil change, tire rotation, etc. options to add in less frequent work on the auto

I use a simple table with columns for date, odometer reading (or hours for tractors and dirt bikes), maintenance performed, and "notes". I print the blank table (in landscape mode) and fill it out by hand with a pen. When it gets full I print another. Everything I do to the vehicle/equipment goes into the one table. The "notes" column is whatever I think is important, like what oil and filter I used or how things looked when "inspected". I have separate tables for each vehicle and for each piece of equipment (lawn mowers, dirt bikes, ATVs, tractor, etc.). It does not have maintenance schedules but I either know them already or have them written down, along with torque specs, lists of tools required (like what size sockets/wrenches will be required), oil capacity, etc. on a bulletin board to refer to when I'm doing the work.
