Why sending cash threw Apple Pay it say send but they didn’t get the money

The party you are sending the money too must also have Apple Cash enabled and verified on their end. Of course they must also have an iPhone with the proper version of iOS. You cannot send Apple Cash to an Android phone. Check your end and see if it doesn’t say the transfer is still “pending”. Had the same issue with my daughter-in-law. She did not have Apple Cash set up on her iPhone.

You sent through Apple Cash, not Apple Pay.
