Why is my Apple Account password reset code not working?

Hi,

I forgot my apple password and went through recovery steps. Now in settings it shows i can reset password from this phone but after i introduce the code from sms nothing happens.

How can i recover my password? I don’t have an ipad of macbook, only this iphone and apple watch.
