I watch 10 not charging . Charged overnight . Nothing . Cable charging good . Adapter good . Just will not boot up . Nothing no light , etc black screen only Help

If you are using the original USB charging cable and at least an Apple 20W power adapter and the watch still does not charge, contact the official Apple Support to have it serviced, or visit an Authorised Apple Service Provider next to your place:
