Music app falters when cell signal is weak.

Downloaded songs on my iPhone 12 intermittently stall or pause temporarily as I pass through areas with poor cell phone signal. I have tried toggling "Cellular Data" on and off on the Music app, but the problem persists.

I have noticed that the most recent issues have occurred with "Uploaded" songs, but I cannot categorically say that other songs (Matched, Apple Music, etc) are issue-free.

The issues started recently after many years of problem-free listening.
