Unable to download apps from the App Store says 'Contact iTunes Supp

Hi,I want to download app from AppStore But there asking for (please contact with iTunes to complete this transaction)even I did not buy anything and I put number and details but still it’s showing some message can you help me to solve this issue it will be real appreciated. Waiting for earliest response on this
