Any issues with the latest iOS 18.3.2 software?

How’s the latest iOS 18.3.2 update? Did anyone face issues with it?

Just wanted to know before I update my iPhone 13 Pro Max.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 18

I have spoken with Apple and they have no solution for this issue. I can receive group texts but am unable to respond to them. I have spoken with several people over the past few days who are having the same issue. It is Apple’s App so it is their problem to solve. This problem arose after the March 11 update. That is the only common denominator therefore, the conclusion is there’s a problem with the update.

There are always risks associated with updates. But as an Apple user since about 1993, advantages have always outweighed the risks.

In regard to seeing all the issues reported by fellow users and community members, it’s like going to a hospital and being surprised it’s full of sick people. It’s normal to be surrounded by people with issues in support discussion forums.

iOS 18.4 update fixed viewing my folder in the iCloud Drive using cellular service but my email is still not solved.

When I access my mail on laptop/pc the mail works normal but after when I check my phone, there several new folders and the laptop/pc prioritizes to them.

"Deleted Messages"

"Drafts"

"Sent Messages"

I log back into icloud on the pc and these folders do not show up. Basically the pc is not mirroring the phone and vice-versa.

clear as mud correct?

Yes I had categories off and their respective folder. I also turned off show contact photos. So what happens after I login to check my mail on my pc there are never any extra folder before, during or after. Only on my phone does it show up and everything that I’ve done on the pc shows up in these folders on my phone. If I log back in on my pc those folders plate not there.

And this is on my pc, as you see those extra folders are not there. So the two are not syncing properly ever since 18.3.2, and 18.4 did not fix. I’ve turned my phone off for over an hour to reboot it and no luck.

This is not specifically an issue with iCloud or iPhone or iPad Mail clients. It’s a local configuration detail. (How these settings might have gotten confused or corrupted, or if this was never matched when the mail profiles were created, is another question.)

Look in your settings in Mail app and in iCloud, and see where each mail client is configured for the Sent / Sent Messages, and the Trash / Deleted Messages. I’ll here ignore Drafts, ad that clearly exists in the views from both mail clients. Different mail clients can have different settings for the default files.

In Mail app on iPhone and iPad, look in Settings > Apps > Mail > Accounts > [pick an account] > Account Settings > Advanced

I don’t know off-hand where the similar settings are located in iCloud.

I definitely don’t know where the settings are on a Windows PC, if one of those is involved here.
