Why was my Klarna card removed from Apple Wallet?

You’ll have to ask Klarna. Apple cannot add or remove a token (tokens represent your card in an encrypted form). You can force a removal by signing out of your Apple Account (formerly known as Apple ID).

If you haven’t signed out of your account, please contact the support team at Klarna for additional information and/or assistance.

It’s possible that when Apple discontinued their pay later option (Apple Pay Later) and partnered with Affirm, Klarna discontinued support for Apple Wallet. It seems odd Klarna support isn’t aware of service interruptions etc.

What did Klarna support say when you contacted them?

I’ve bought a new iPhone and I remove it. Klarna accidentally off my old one and I’ve been trying all day still not find a way to get my Klarna card back on my new phone. It’s so annoying. Been all the way through to the app trying to watch TikTok videos searching on Google endlessly and still not found a way. And I know it’s nothing to do with my credit rating. It was soon as I’ve put my new phone on.

Had exactly the same experience. Klarna card disappeared suddenly. I think it happened after installing the latest iOS. Cannot get the Pay Later options back on the Apple Pay screen.

Klarna support absolutely useless. They didn’t even seem to know this was an option.

Very frustrating - hope someone knows how to solve it.

Same, I contacted them and they kept on insisting that I didn’t have card on Apple Pay when I was been using it for month face and not using a one time card

hopefully Klarna will get this problem fixed so we can add it to Apple Pay. Don’t know why they have to do one time card why can’t they just added an Apple Pay? Then we can do the purchases through that.
