Stop with the paper statements already!

I have contacted the support team on four occasions asking that they stop sending paper statements. Each time they apologize and have yet another reason (excuse) as to why it is still being sent. I am at the point of wanting to cancel the card.

Hi, it’s a federal requirement that you receive a statement every month, even if no pay is currently due. Once a statement bounces, it automatically switches to USPS and doesn’t attempt email until manually instructed to send electronic statements again. I’m not sure the chat support is really aware of the mechanics. Have you called and requested a supervisor?

Hey Jeff! Thanks for the response. The email I used when I signed up is still intact, working, and is not full. I just spoke yet again with support and now they are stating that the estatement is being returned as blocked. I have checked my blocked addresses and it is NOT listed as a blocked domain or email address. Sigh. This is very frustrating. Their only suggestion is to change the email address which is associated with my Apple account, but I am reluctant to do so as this would also change my login.
