My daughter is unable to sign up for Pinterest and SHEIN. On Pinterest upon hitting “sign up” and trying to enter email an error message appears and said “sorry something went wrong on our end” and on SHEIN it says “there’s something wrong with our server”. When I try on my phone I have no issue with either app.

Both error message you posted say the issue is on their "our" end.
Contact their support.
