Can I make Screen Time extension requests are sent to my iPhone only instead of my iPad?

I hope someone can help me with the following:

In my household we have multiple iphones and ipads. One of them belongs to my eldest son and we control what he does on his phone via the screentime limits function in the family menu. Both me and my wife are set 'parent' in our family, so whenever he requests a screentime extension both she and I get this request pushed to our devices. She gets it sent to her iphone, but the problem is, i don't get it sent to my iphone but to my ipad (which is also configured on my Apple ID. My youngest son sometime plays games on this ipad, and my eldest son has in the meantime figured out that his younger brother in this way can extend his screentime.

So my question is the following: Is there a way to ensure his screentime extension requests are sent to my iPhone only instead of my iPad. I know one of the solutions is to create a separate apple id for my youngest son and to configure this ipad with that apple id, but since i'm also using that ipad i prefer not to do so.

Thanks in advance for your help !
