Missing Build In/Action/Build Out options in Keynote 14.3
I cannot find in the Tabs under Animate to do a Build In/Action/Build Out options in version 14.3

Need more information. They certainly exist, for all their flaws :)
The question is what do you see? Do you see the Format/Animate/Document icons?
What do you see when you click on Animate?
