Transactions stopped showing even though they go through

Last Friday was the last day I was ever able to see new transactions, and be notified of them, for my Apple Card on my iPhone 16 Pro. Since then, my joint owner can still see all notifications on her iPhone 15 Pro, but I can't on my 16 Pro.

When an Apple Support specialist suggested removing my Card and then re-adding it back, it didn't work. Instead, it now shows everything from April 2020 until November 2021, when my joint owner was added onto my Card. Anything else I tried, from a hard reboot to a restoration of an iCloud backup, has not restored the rest of the historical transactions.

I have seen that I am not alone in this regard, as some people have had this exact thing happen to them in previous years with previous iOS versions.

My iPhone 16 Pro is currently fully updated to iOS 18.3.1.

As of now, Apple Support has opened a case that, if solved, should be done by the end of February.

Until then, is there anything possible I can do to get back three year's worth of lost transaction history?
