I keep clicking "GET" and "INSTALL", but i don't see my downloads i looked it up on the internet and i saw app library but i can't find an app library on my ipod touch 6th gen

The supported versions are shown in the app store details for the particular app.

App Library is a newer iPhone feature, and part of iOS 14 and later.
