How do I locate missing funds after a card number change during transfer to Chime account?

I transferred 153 dollars into my chime account but my card numbers has changed an my money didn’t go to my account I was wondering where will my money go

Chime is not a bank. Chime is what’s known as a FinTech (Financial Technology) and must partner with a bank to offer financial services. Chime partners with Bancorp and Stride Bank. Your transfer went to one of those banks.


Transferring to a bank takes 1 to 3 business days, but is free. You can also transfer directly to a debit card, funds transfer instantly, but there is a charge of 1.5% of the transfer.
