resizing generator templates in a vertical canvas issue

Hi All,

I use various premade .motn generator templates in FCP 11. I'm trying to use some in a vertical canvas (social media 9:16) and want to resize them to fit. However, the edges of the graphic are always cut off. When i rescale, i don't know how to see the full landscape template inside the vertical canvas. See attached desktop recording. i figured it out. I nested the motn file in a compound clip and than reset that compound clip to have a landscape canvas. that solved it. i'll keep this here in case anyone else ever has the issue.
