How do I cancel a recurring payment — not an app

I want to cancel a recurring payment on my Apple Card. The service insists they will continue to charge me $74 a month through 2025 even though my health insurance is requiring me to use a competing service provider.

iPhone 15 Plus, iOS 18

If it’s a subscription, it may not be able to be cancelled until the subscription expires. Subscriptions are legal contracts. If it’s a subscription you must contact the company and cancel the subscription.

If it’s an insurance company, contact your state insurance commissioner and/or state attorney general for assistance.

You can contact an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs Bank and inquire about trying to stop payment.
