Unable to sync podcast to iPod Nano, item not found.

I try syncing podcasts to an iPod Nano using Finder. The podcasts are downloaded using Podcasts. I get this msg: Some items including podcastname were not copied to the iPod myiPodnano because they could not be found where podcastname is the specific name of the podcast. It looks like the sync fails to transfer other podcasts once this one fails. If I use Podcasts to remove the download of podcastname, I get the same msg when syncing. If I download podcastname again, same msg. I can play podcastname in Podcasts with no problem, still can't sync.
