Videos in timeline - the audios info is color red in timeline - but nothing is missing - audio is fine - its just virtually randomly turning red after Sequoia 15.3 Mac Update and FCPX 11.01

An easy thing to try when FCP behaves strangely is to delete its Settings. Hold Option and Command while launching FCP and choose Delete Settings. It will open the default Untitled library. Re-open the library you were working on, set the Settings back to the way you like them (disable Background rendering, etc.) and see if the issue has been resolved.
If that doesn't change the behavior, please post the exact specs of the media and what camera was used. The output of Invisor or ffprobe is good.
Is the media stored in a folder associated with iCloud Drive? Perhaps it was enabled during the 15.3 upgrade?

Cool, thanks TerryB - I did the deleting setting and putting back my own settings preference...
I think it runs smoothly now,, but still going to observe.

You can clearly see that the timing of the cut and BGM matches, and the volume of the sound effect is adjusted appropriately. I think this is proof that they are carefully creating videos on a daily basis.
You're very welcome. Glad it appears to be working again. I wish I knew why FCP preferences seem so brittle.
You know what, it came back again. haha. and it seems little laggy when scrolling on videos in my timeline.
