Instagram app not working on iPhone 16 Pro

My Instagram app suddenly stopped working and now I can’t log in. Every time I try my login credentials, it says incorrect password. I’ve done numerous password changes but get the same message.

Then I can see on my other devices, that the password change was successful.

i can access Insta via Safari on my phone, on my MacBook Pro and through the app on my iPad. It’s only my phone that’s having problems.

i have deleted the app and reinstalled it three times.

has anyone been able to resolve this issue?

Also, I just updated the iOS.

any help would be greatly appreciated!
