Regaining access to previously purchased albums on itunes

I've had apple for a long time now and back between 2010-2015 I bought quite a few albums on iTunes. Later I subscribed to Apple Music for a few years and never noticed problems with my music library.

The problem now is that after having changed quite a few apple devices throughout the years and having cancelled my Music subscription, I can no longer seem to fully download all the albums I had purchased (some songs are shouwing up for certain albums, but never the whole album).

Is there any way to recover the music library I had built through purchasing albums that are now either not showing up or being located by iTunes?
