tiktok had been banned last night so i offloaded the app to save some storage. many people say the app is back and yet i have not been able to “redownload” it. is there a way to get it back?

Previously ByteDance shut down there service before the ban went into effect in retaliation, then later started restoring service and some people are confusing that action as the ban being lifted. In the article posted by Katana-San, Apple had already said that the app would not be removed from your device, it only affects it from being downloaded, so currently there is no change there. None of use can speculate on when that would change, we all will just have to wait and see.

Hey, I offloaded Tiktok too yesterday but I just found a way to get it back! I downloaded this app called VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy and I changed my location to Canada on that app then my Tiktok started downloading! I hope this works for you guys. :)

Even though TikTok is now restoring service, we still do not know when it will return for download. Only time will tell.
