Two gmail a/cs in mail marked as offline with red dot

I am into my second day of checking and trying all the recommendations to get the two a/cs to go online without success. I can access the a/cs via Google and have followed all the recommendations regarding settings with no results.

I have four more Gmail accounts in Mac Mail, which I can access to receive and send mail.

All help and guidance much appreciated.
