Sync Iphone Music to NAS

When I sync my iPhone, it keeps coming up with an old IP address for my NAS and it says it cannot sync the music because the NAS cannot be found. How can I have the sync feature refer to the correct IP address of my NAS? Btw: I have a Qnap TS-251A.
