Editing Medication cycle date in Health App

I am on a chemotherapy 21 day cycle. There are certain medications I take at home on specific days that work with my chemo day. When my chemo gets pushed forward on the calendar due to unexpected illness, there isn't a way to move the date . I have to stop current and re enter everything again. Looks like this issue was brought up in 2022? Is there not a way to resolve it , for example when you edit an event on the calendar. I am not a tech person .
