Atmos audio not playing through eARC Funny

Setup is a TCL TV with a Samsung Q90 soundbar. It used to work perfectly up to several months ago and actually continues to work for Apple Music spatial sound. But not for movies, Like another user I switched Changed format to DD 5.1 and it works for audio but I bought the doggone soundbar etc. For Atmos sound. Works perfectly on my Roku, FireTV and even cheap 3BB Fiber (Thailand) android cable box.

But not ATV. Has to be some kind of codec issue.
