Apple TV - my device can’t connect to my Apple TV

My Apple TV has worked for years, and suddenly auto updated and now the Apple TV cannot be found on any of my devices, my friends’ devices.

In the update, Netflix was removed and I can control my Apple TV with the remote control. I just can’t connect my device, which is the only reason I had purchased this Apple TV.

All devices have updated software. All devices are on the same Wifi network. I have restarted the devices.

My device can connect to a new Apple TV at work, so it’s not an iPhone/iPad issue. Thank you in advance.
