Can’t change text color on photo editor

four years I have been using your photo editor to mark up photos that I take for work. It has always worked the easiest as I can add arrows circles boxes, and text. Sometimes they need to be different colors than black. Last year all of a sudden in one of your updates, I am no longer able to change the text color from Black. I can enter the text, and move the box around to where I need it to be, but when I try to change to a different color, I am unable. when I touch the color wheel feature, it tries to open for less than a second, and then exits out of the editor, like a crash. I need this feature to work for my job. Please work expeditiously to correct this.
