Why is focus turning on by itself?
I have never turned it on or set a schedule. Some keep insisting that it doesn't turn itself on, but in fact it does. I know how to turn it off, but is there a way to prevent it from turning on randomly. I googled and searched and apparently Apple does to believe that it turns on by itself.

if you still have an issue—
A SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.

If you turn it on for another Apple device on the same Apple ID (such as an iPhone or iPad), it will also be turned on for your Mac. You can disable that behavior in the settings.
